HOPE INGELIJST / HOPE IS FRAMED

Met grote, GROTE trots wil ik jullie mijn eerste ingelijste HAED laten zien. 
Dit is Hope. Officieel heet dit stuk the Passing, maar ik noem haar Hope. 

Het is een hele intense reis geweest met haar. Op facebook hebben we met een hele grote groep mensen genoten van haar, terwijl ik aan het prikken was. We hebben de meest kolderieke verhalen rond haar beleefd. 
Maar ook heb ik tijdens het werken aan dit stuk een hoop ellende uit het verleden zitten verwerken. 
En dan is het nu klaar... De ellende is in de tombe achter haar geworpen.. Deksel dicht.. En verder met m'n leven. Maar wat is ze prachtig geworden. 
Voor diegenen in de regio Zuidholland, die nog een goede inlijster zoeken......

Er wordt PERFECT werk afgeleverd. En dat is een borduurwerk me altijd waard. 

De lijst is donkerbruin en prachtig gemarmerd. De rand aan de binnenkant is antiek goud en die accentueerd het hele rouwthema in dit werk op een grandioze wijze. Echt... Ik had het niet beter kunnen vinden.

With great GREAT pride I want to show you my first framed HAED.
This is Hope. Oficially this piece is called the Passing. But I call her Hope. 

I have been on an intense journey with her. On facebook me along with a whole bunch of people enjoyed this amazing journey, while I was stitching. We had great fun creating all kinds of stories around her. 
But also, while stitching her, I processed a tun of misery from the past. 

And now it's done... All that misery is now burried in that tombe behind her. The lid is on it and it's clossed. 
And now to move on with my life..
But what a beauty she has become. 

The frame is dark brown and beautifully marbled. The border on the inside of the frame is antique gold and it accentuates the mourning theme in this work in a magnificent way. Really.... I couldn't have found me a better frame than this.
